Larchmont Pharmacy offers a level of customer service and attention that is almost impossible to find in a pharmacy these days. The pharmacist takes the time to explain your prescription and gets it to you quickly. The store employees always exceed expectations. Highly recommended pharmacy and much better than the chain locations nearby.

I switched my prescriptions to Larchmont Pharmacy soon after it opened in my neighborhood. I really believe in supporting local businesses rather than chain stores. Since then I am thrilled that I made that choice since all the staff there is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to find out and order certain products even if they are not in stock. Larchmont Pharmacy also has a plentiful gift section for kids and babies and I was able to buy baby shower gifts there. Fabulous greeting cards and one can buy Lotto tickets. Super helpful staff!! So glad its in my neighborhood.

ALWAYS answer the phone, super pro Pharmacist staff, deliver your meds and anything OTC and Delivery is FREE. You won't be listening to hold music all day. And they actually remember your name. Not only that, the delivery guys are amazing! And, they have an awesome setup-- just give them your credit or debit and you can have your Rxs or whatever you need from the pharmacy and they'll just take your copay out right there and if you need to purchase from the pharmacy otcs, that's okay too for the delivery.and set to Always Deliver and forget it. Super accurate, large selection and always follow ups by kind employees... I love the place, couldn't be happier I switched from Chains! Next time I'm there I will add a photo! Highly recommend!

The staff is very helpful and they deliver the medications for a small fee that’s cheaper than the cab or the gas to go there and back. Very convenient.

Doug and his staff are amazing. Larchmont Pharmacy is the epitome of a neighborhood store with outstanding service and quality items at fair prices. They deliver to your house which is extremely convenient. In addition, during the height of the pandemic, Doug kept the store well stocked with sanitizers, wipes, gloves and cleaning products. Truly tops in service, merchandise and they're open 7 days a week. It's also fantastic that you or your doctor's office can get the pharmacy on the phone instead of waiting on hold forever like the big chains. Thank you, Doug, Kelly, Amy and everyone!

Every time I walk into this bright space, the staff greets me with a smile. A great selection of products with prices that are better than other places. They never run out of greeting cards for every occasion, my kids love the toys section and I love the skin care section. It took me a while to discover this place, but I have now switched my family's prescriptions to this pharmacy which, in my opinion, offers better value and service than the chain pharmacies.

What a lovely experience — so different from the chain pharmacies. Quick to answer phone, minimal preparation times, helpful staff. Manager went out of his way to make sure medication was delivered on time, even though it was after hours.
